Annotation: the Kraft paper for testing of the corrugation plant line should keep the requirements as follows. (The temperature of the surface of the heating parts in the corrugation plant line is above 172 degree)
*Kraft paper’s level can not be lower than B level
*Water content: 11%±2%
*Face Paper: 100—250g/m2
*Bottom Paper:100--250g/m2
*Flute Paper: 100—250g/m2

Steam cost: 2500—3000Kg/Hr Max pressure: 1.2Mpa
Practical Pressure: 0.8-1.1Mpa

8. Area of the Production Line covers: about 83m×12m×5m (The specific length is based on the foundation drawing)
9. Corrugated board stacking direction: left or right according to the workshop to make sure the drive in left direction or right direction.
10. Equipment suitability: Kraft paper A, B, C native paper or imported Kraft paper.
B. The parts that the customers should buy or prepare by themselves:
1. Steam heating system: suggest buying a 4000kg/hr steam boiler, pressure: 1.25Mpa, steam pipe.
2. Air compressor, air-pipe, and the glue transport pipe.
3.Electric power source, power wires connect from operation counter to power counter, and wire and pipe.
4. Water source, water transport pipe, water bucket.
5.Water, electric, gas, ground work and civil work.
6. The material paper and corn starch (potato),caustic soda, borax are used when the 1st testing of the production line.
7. Lubricating oil, consistent lubricant, machine oil, hydraulic oil.
8.Provide food, accommodation of the installer and offer workers when installing

After-sale service:
When the machine arrives the customers' factory, our engineer will come to the factory for installation and debugging, and teach the operators untill they can grasp normal operation. In one year after the machines has been installed, our engineers can come to customers' factory for maintaining when mal-function.
