Paper  machine roller

1.The roller is made of cast iron or seamless steel pipe and the surface is covered by rubber.

2.The rubber is provided by STOWE and VOITH.

3.Roller  inside and outside surface  will be processed.

4.And after that we will process rollers’ dynamic balance to improve machines’ stability.

5.And before the spindle head has been installed ,we will make the second dynamic balance.

6.Normally it's wooden case packages ,some larger rollers using metal packaging
