PVC  Pipe  Making  Process

     Introduction: pvc pipe extrusion line is made up of conical twin screw extruder,die and mould, vacuum calibration water tank,spray water cooling tank, tractor, cutting machine and stacker. Due to different need,this machine can produce single pipe, double pipe,inner wall spiral pipe,core foamed pipe and hollow pipe.

      SSG series plastic pipe has big range of pipe diameter and thickness,mainly use in agricultural and construction water supply-drainage.CPVC pipe due to its special character, widely use in base oil transportation,temperature and corrosion resistance pipe of chemical,hot water supply-drainage pipe and protection pipe of high voltage electricity and electrical cables.
