Introduction

Low pressure phenolic foam machine is used for injection moulding of phenolic resin. After accurate metering by metering pump , the phenolic resin ,foam agent and curing agent are mixed in high speed in mix head , and then injected for moulding .

a. Injection are controlled by needle valve/rotary valve with good synchronization 

b. Metering pump adopts low speed displacement gear pump for high accuracy metering 

c. Full machine control by computer ,for easy setting of temperature control, pouring time and flow control
