Features:
The screw specially designed for special compounding and high plastic to make sure the melting, extrusion and color uniform.
The mould adopts double throttle design; make sure the thickness control precision.
Temperature control precision: ±1°C, control the plastic process and thickness uniform and precise.
The calender adopts horizontal or vertical, and up-down adjustable.
The sheet thickness controlled by screw and oil pressure, make the control more precise.
The winding machine adopts advanced torque motor, concerted with four axis tension auto-control, making the winding well by adjusting the speed and the tension.
This system adopts the auto meter device.
