Working process of MDK4120D MULTIPLE MACHINING CENTER (DOOR SOLUTION):
This machine is fully automatic: first, you need to put the board on the right place of the machine with the aide of ruler on worktable; then set parameter on computer about the position to cut groove and hinge-slot and drill lock-hole of different shapes; then you can start machine. During working, the machine will first push board to the original place (where computer consider it as the 0 point), clamp it tightly on worktable, check thickness of the board, then it will start cutting grooves, drilling lock-holes, and cutting hinge-slot; the drilling group is working in fixed position while worktable can shift in lengthwise direction, thus enable to shape long grooves. After finish everything, you need to take the board off from the machine manually, and change another board to restart the machining cycle.
