Ingredients:
TheBC-type dry powder-fire extinguishing agent is made ofpulverized sodium bicarbonate which is completelysilica-impregnated to make it free-flowing, lump-free, andresistant to moisture absorption.
Applications:
Sodium bicarbonate dry powder-fire extinguishing agents may becharged into various portable and fixed dry powder fireextinguishers, and they may be used in combination with foamextinguishing agents. This agent is effective in extinguishinginitial combustion of oil tanks, in the rapid containment of flameexpansion, and in extinguishing fires quickly. It is widely used inoilfields, oil depots, petroleum refineries, large chemical plants, chemical storerooms, ships, airport, mines, andfactories.
Packaging, Transportation and Storagerequirements:
1.Packaging consists of a 25 kg sealedinterior plastic bag which is protected with a tear-resistant,woven exterior bag. (The bag may be modified to meet user''sneeds).
2. Each plastic bag ishermetically sealed before leaving the factory. The product shouldbe stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment. Storeout of the elements, and transport the product in dry conditions.Exposure to humidity and damp environments will negatively affectits performance.
