Machine specification:

This set is a multi-function equipment, which involved with reation, mixing homogeneity and emulsification. Applied to all kinds of lines, for liquid to liquid, solid to liquid, paste to paste and powder to paste. It is widely used in the energy, chemicals, cosmetics, daily chemicals and food industry.

Machine Feature:

1. Stirring shaft and homogeneous shaft all adopt mechanical seal,

    which ensure a better performance and a longer life (roughly 3 years)

    compared to normal one.

2. Heating by of electricity or stream, and cooling by water. Inside the

    pot equipped with the temperature sensing system, thus can have

    a control to the temperature.

3. Impeller and Homogenizer adopt inverter control. One can choose

    different speed according to the technique and viscosity. It also fits

    to  the abrupt change of the viscosity of technical process.

4. Emulsifying homogeneous device is composed of claw type dual bite

    homogeneous head and rotary homogeneous head (the highest speed

    can reach to 3000 rmp).

5.  The part which in a contact with the material adopt stainless steel

     (normally with # 304; for medical, # 316) and with surface polish

     treatment

6. Material discharging adopt dumping type.

7.The stirrer carry with two wall scraper and one bottom scraper, thus

   can achieve comprehensive wall scraping and ensure of no dead

   angle. Be in accordance with GMP standard.
