Floating structure meansseat reciprocally can move along channel direction,so as to
guarantee the ball and seat are tightly sealed.
(Ⅰ)Valve seat structure suitable for different occasions andsealing requirements
Valve seat can be designed as a standard single-piston effect andspecific dual piston effect,Figure1 shows single-pistoneffect-inletside seal;Figure2 shows Dual Piston effect-outlet-sideseal;Figure3 shows special dual piston effect sealing structure
(Ⅱ)Multi-level structure of the valve seat sealAs shown inFigure4,there are two elastic O-ring in the valve seat ring-ring Aand ring B.Sealing ring A spring-loaded through the valve seat sothat the sealing surface of sealing ring A tightly fit with ballsurface to form an initial seal.When there is pressure in thesystem medium,the piston forceproduced by the piston force producedby the piston effect of size difference makes elastic deformationof the ring A Ershi sealing surface and ball more closely fit thesurface to form a re-sealing;meanwhile,due to ring A in the mediumresulted in elastic deformation under pressure so that the sealingring B is also closely fit the surface of ball for the formation ofthe second stage seal.When the system medium pressure increasing,itwill have an enormous pressure in the valve seat ring A and ringB,so that the two seals have a greater elastic deformation,and thenthe metal valve seat ring surface and the ball surface sealingtogether to form a third level of metal to metal seal.
(Ⅲ)The assisted valve seat sealing equipmentbased on the actualservice condition,medium requirement,sealing requirement,etc.,theassisted valve sealing equipment will be considered to be necessaryor not.The assisted valve sealing equipment is a one-way valveinstalled outside of valve body that can prevent medium leakage andcan inject sealing grease into valve body by external force.Whenthe assisted valve seat sealing equipment is required,valve seatring shall be design and processed with injection grove and hole toconnect the assisted valve seat sealing equipments.Such equipmentcan prevent the medium by the sealing of injection of rease.Referto Figure5 for reference.Multi-level structure of stem sealingFigure6 shows the stem multi-level sealing byadopting"O"ring,flexible graphite and grease injection;"O"ringachieves the first level stem sealing;Replaceable flexible graphiterealizes the second level sealing by the compression of packingsleeve and packing flange;And the third evel sealing is realized byinstalling assisted sealing injection valve to the packing box,andby designing with the injection groove and hole to connect with thestem injection valve,which can injectgrease.
Unique and safe seatstructures
Ball valve
fireproof design is implementation of the API607,API6FAstandards.According to service conditions and userrequirements,ball valve can be designed as a fireproofstructure.
(Ⅰ)Fireproof structure of seatAs shown in figure7,there iscomposite fireproof ring,which are combined with graphite andstainless steel wire in the seat.once the soft ring is burnt out incase of a fire,the fireproof ring and seat ring will form a pistonstructure through the spring to load the valve body.That will pushand closely contact the metal seal surface of the seat ring to thebody surface,So as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from theburnt place of the seat ring,and prevent the fire fromexpending.
(Ⅱ)Fireproof structure(body and bonnet)The seal gasket for boltconnecting valve body and valve bonnet,are used fireproof stainlesssteel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.Gasket compression loadthrough the bolts and ultimately,ensure the valve body and valvecover between the metal to metal contact,so that the valve can withstand more high load,but also improve the fire safety of thevalve.But for the full welded ball valve,the valve body and coveris welded structure,that fundamentally eliminate the possibillityof leakage of the valve housing.Even in the case of firedamage,there will be no leak.
(Ⅲ)Fireproof structure(body/packing and stem)The body and packingconnection gasket adopts fireproof stainless steel wire andflexible graphite gaskets.The stem packing adopts flexible graphiteto ensure no leakage in case of fire.
Anti-blow out andanti-static structure of stemAs figure8 shows,the stem head is designedto convex forms with a big and small head structure.And it is holdtightly by the packing box so that the stem will not blow out whenthe cavity pressure increasing abnormally,during the valveoperation,the friction of the ball and seat will causestatic,whichwill gather on the ball.In order to prevent static sparks,we set astem anti-static device to derive the electric charge gathering onthe ball.
Automatic pressure reliefstructure
When the cavity pressure isincreasing abnormally,the single-piston seat can release thepressure by the pressure-relief device installed on valvebody;While the specific double-seat piston effect of the valve seathave automatic pressure relief function through the additionalpressure relief devices installed on the valvebody.
Double block and bleedingstructureInorder to meet the customers' various requirement,the ball valve hastwo
series,full-bore structure and reduced-bore.For the full-borestructure,the channel diameter is equal to the pipes,which isconceit for pipe clearing.For the reduced-bore,compared with thesame size of full bore structure,it has smaller volume and lighterweight,so it is widely used,and has brightfuture.
Full-bore structure andreduced-bore structure
In order to meet thecustomers' various requirement,the ball valve has twoseries,full-aperture structure and reduced-aperture.For thefull-aperture structure,the runner diameter is equal to thepipe's,so as to cleaning the pipe more easily.For thereduced-aperture,compared with the same size of full-aperturestructure,it has smaller volume and lighter weight,so it is usedwidely,and has bright future.
Valve driven
We can supply

Extended stemdesign
We can extend the ballvalve stem according to the customer specificrequirement(underground ball valve).No specific restriction for thelength of the exteded stem,but it must be specified before signingthe order.

LWB ball valve is a type ofAPI6D fully welded ball valve with extended stem.It is mainlyapplied understand.Its valve body is buried understand while theoperation device and accessories(assisted sealingdevice,exhaust/over pressure protection device,bleeding device)areabove the groud by exteded stem,which enable the user to operatethe valve easily.This type of valve can be driven by hand (wormgear),pneumatic,hydraulic,pneumatic-hydraulic linked and electricalactuator.Moreover,according to actual service condition and enduser's LspeciLa requirements,high performance,intelligenthydro-pneumatic and hydro-electrical ball valve can be designed asthe switch device or energency device(with emergency shut downsystem).The intelligent hydro-electrical ball valve is a type ofself-operation valve which can open or close by medium pressure inpipeline without extra assistance.
Extended stemsize
The stem can be extendedaccording to the customer's requirement.No specific restriction forthe length of the extend stem,but it must be specified beforesigning the order.
Transit shortpipe(sleeve pipe)
As long as following theinstruction of the operation and installation,our fully-weldedunderground ball valve do not need the transit short pipe(sleevepipe).If the customer needs the sleeve pipe,we can provide thefollowing two choices:A. forged steel sleeve pipe,welded on thebasic material of the bonnet side before finishing,installed withthe ball valve,the length can be up to 200mm.
B. as
a part of the pipeline,the pressure grade and the specification ofthe sleeve pipe is equal to the pipeline.It is welded on the valveafter the valve produced and inspected according to the standard.Nosize restriction,unless the shipment reasons.It is better than thecustomer provides the material if the grade and size is notstandardized.
