Quant One StepqRT-PCR (SYBR Green) Kit is designed for real-time one stepRT-PCR of RNA targets, with reverse transcription and PCR takingplace sequentially in the same tube. Therefore the operation issimple, and it minimizes the risk of contamination. The kit issuitable for detection of tiny amount of RNA.
The proprietary reaction bufferhas been specifically formulated to maximize activities of bothQuant RTase and Hotmaster Taq DNA polymerase. Quant RTaseis a new, unique enzyme, it exhibits a higher affinity for RNA,facilitating transcription through secondary structures thatinhibit other reverse transcriptases, ensures highly efficient andsensitive transcription of RNA amounts. The Hotmaster TaqDNA Polymerase formulation consists of a combination of TIANGEN’sTaq Polymerase and the proprietary Hotmaster inhibitor.Inactive polymerase-inhibitor complexes are formed at temperatures< 40°C. When temperature is higher than 40°C, the Hotmasterinhibitor competes with the template DNA for binding to theHotmaster Taq Polymerase, thereby shifting the bindingequilibrium towards complex formation with only target-specificprimed template DNA. This hot-start procedure using HotmasterTaq DNA Polymerase eliminates extension fromnonspecifically annealed primers and primer-dimers in the firstcycle ensuring highly specific and reproducible real-timePCR.
The kit uses a proprietarytechnology to provide accurate, sensitive and reproducible monoplexor multiplex qRT-PCR, provides a wide range of quantitative areafor perfect standard curve and is compatible with a variety ofreal-time instruments.
