The Land Ranger series Electrical Vehicle controllers can beused for the driving of PMSM , which is  widely usedfor Forklift truck, Golf vehicle, electric touring bus, electricsightseeing bus, electric patrol vehicle, etc. The controller hasthe following advantages in smart volume, high efficiency, highperformance, high reliability, etc. The controllers enable theelectrical vehicles operation at a fast acceleration, clamping,frequency action, four-quadrant operation, etc. The Land Rangersystems improve the efficiency of the actual motion at workingcondition, and the controller could output the motive power whenthe batteries energy are low.

 

The system provides short circuit protection, over currentprotection, locked-rotor protection, battery over/under voltageprotection, over speed protection. Furthermore, the controllersystem offers self- diagnosis and error indicator (LEDs) for safetyoperation. The controller use AMP-35PIN interface, provide CANcommunication, waterproof design and excellent EMC property.

The Land Ranger series controllercan output smooth torque with a fast dynamic response whenever theacceleration pedal are trample slowly, trample suddenly, lift upslowly and lift up suddenly.Four-quadrant operation and batteryenergy charging can be achieved for all type of machines wheneverthe electric brake mode is selected.Creeping control. The LangRanger series controller offers the function of imitating thetraditional vehicle creeping steer.Intelligent voltage control. TheLange Ranger series provide intelligent voltage control. Thecontrollers can proper output at nominal condition unless thebattery voltage drops 13% of the rated voltage. The batteryprotection is active and the controller will goes into the lowvoltage mode whenever the battery stays at a relative low voltagecondition.
