Busbar Board
Be used with cable junctions, can be combined into multiple cableinlet and outlet, connectors can be reserved by insulatedprotective cap. There are two types of busbar boards distinguishedby different currents, one is 200A and the other one is 600A.Moreover, the product has connection type of two-phase, threephaseand four-phase.
Elbow connector
The rated current for this product is 200A and the size of thecables to be connected is from 35 to 120 mm2. The conductor polehas the function of arc extinction; it can be used as load breakswitch for the systems with a current of 200A or below, which canalso be connected with fault indicator or charge indictor toquickly identify or locate the fault position or monitoring circuitstatus. The product is installed at busbar board and T--cableconnector for a rated current of 200A, which is also widely appliedat substations, ring main units and other equipmentsconnections.
T-Junction Cable accessory
Product can be used as the connectors of loop circuit and connectedto busbar board, ring main switchgears and substations for arequired current of 600A.
T-II Cable Connector
As the main connectors of loop circuit of 600A, the elbow connectorcan be plugged at the tail of the product increasing the numbers ofcable connections.
Connecting Plug
As the link between T-cable connectors (T--cable connectors), itcomposes the T cable programmer at the current of 600A.
Load Transfer Connector
Used as the adapter for the connections between busbar board at arequired current of 600 A and elbow connector at a required currentof 200A
Single-Phase Bushing Connector
It can beused as the connectors between American style substationshigh-voltage bushing socket and elbow connectors; it can also beused as the current transferring connecting parts
between the current of 600A and 200A.
Single-phase Connector (Mount)
T-Junctionconnector and Elbow connector can be hanged to singlephaseconnector during systems maintenance. There are two types ofSingle-phase connector for different systems with current of 200Aand 600A.
Insulated Protective Cap
It is used at thereserved busbar-board''s connectors, or used to seal the unpluggedelbow connector or T-Junction connectors during system maintenance.There are two types of insulated protective cap for systems withdifferent currents of 200A and 600A.
Two-Phase Bushing Connector
Plugged into zinc oxide surge arrester or be used to increase thenumbers of connections.
Charged Indicator
The LED indicator blinks at rated frequency to indicate that thecircuit is charged.
Zinc oxide surge arrester
It can be installeddirectly on the substation, Ring Main Unit, cable sector and otherelectrical equipment to provide over-voltage protection.
