IADC TCI Tricone Bits 

 

TCI Tricone Bits(Tungsten Carbide Insert Bit)have two types according to different bearing seals, one ismetal-face sealed bearing bit for higher RPM deep well drilling,another is Elastomer sealed bearing bit for normal drilling.

2.Elastomer sealed bearing TCI Bit
CuttingStructure	The durabilityof premium tungsten carbide insert is improved with new formulas  and new techniques for insert bit.The Tricone bit field iscomposed of a   shallow sequence of sediments of fluvialorigin, in which sandstone channels contain heavy oil withgravity ranging from 11 to 13°.

4.  Non-Sealed Roller Bearing TCI Bit

BearingStructure	Non-sealed rollerbearing. Drilling fluid can enter the bearing directly for cooling;Balls lock the cone which reduces the probability of cone –droppingto minimum.
