Coating has a goodadhesion, easy to construct, can be used for steel, cast iron,zinc, aluminum, copper, magnesium, reinforced concrete, stone,wood, tile, ceramic, glass, textiles, plastics, paper, and allkinds of coating surface.

A17 reflection heat insulation energysaving coating`s technology principle is mainly:
1. Heat insulation, use hollow ceramic beads for insulationmaterials, form a layer of dense vacuum layer in the coatedsurfaces, which can effectively cut off the sun radiate heat andair thermal radiation transmission, reduce heat exchange of theinternal and external of coated things.
2. Reflection heat insulation, mainly reflect near infrared andvisible light of 400-1000 nm.
3. Radiation heat insulation, form a layer of special functionspectral selective coating on the coated surfaces, through theradiation, launch the absorbed sun light heat to outer space with acertain wavelengths of infrared, so as to achieve good heatinsulation and cooling effect.

Construction Method
Surface Treatment sand blast or shot blasting is required, surfaceshould reach Sa2.5 level after cleaning, surface roughness shouldbe 40-50μm, steel surface is required not to have pollution,embroidery, or dust after proper treatment.
Coating Method brushing and spraying are both ok.

When used for thermal insulation, coating thickness is mainlyrelated to the rays band, as to solar infrared ray radiation,generally choose coating thickness 300 ~ 500 μm. When wavelengthsare relatively long, penetrability of x-rays enhance, so thecoating thickness should be increased. If used for thermalinsulation (or cold insulation), then the coating thickness isrelated to thermal resistance (thermal conductivity) ofcoating.
Practical Material
Shelf Life: stored in interior dry place, the expiration period isa year before original packaging case is opened.
Dry Film Appearance: density is flat and smooth
