Principle and Machine structure:

The upper and lower filtering belts are tighten by the movementof a series rollers and cylinders on the machine, the free moisturein the sludge between the two layers belt will uninterruptedly besqueezed out to complete the sludge/water separation process.

The working procedure can be divided into three stages: gravitydewatering, wedge preliminary pressure and dewatering, medium &high pressure cutting and dewatering.

 The belt squeezing and filter is composed of frame Body,Rollers, Modifying Device, Tightening and dewatering System,Filtering Belts, Scraper Panel, Washing System and so on.
