Brand:Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (Powder)
MOQ:10
Quantity:100
Uses
- JK-04 PP can be applied in a wide variety industry and canimprove the workability to the concrete and to improve high earlycompressive strength, even with low water/cement ratios whilemaintaining normal levels of workability.
- It can be widely used in conventional concrete, pumpingconcrete, super-fluid self-compacting and high-performanceconcrete; it has the excellent performance especially in theapplication of high-strength high performance concrete.
Advantage
- High water reducing rate and excellent plasticizing effect. Andproduces concrete with high levels of workability withoutsegregation.
- Excellent dispersion and self-compacting effect can producedifferent grade strength super fluid self-compacting concrete.
- Can be a substantial increase in early and late strengths ofconcrete, so that increase the project construction schedule.
- Better plasticity-maintaining could significantly prolong thetransit time of concrete, it reduce economic losses and ensure thenormal pumping of concrete.
- Improves the frost resistance and carbonation resistance of theconcrete. Lower drying shrinkage of the concrete by 20% or morecompared with naphthalene-based admixtures.
- High applicability: It can be used with different variety ofcement.
- Improved finished concrete surface ability.
- Proffer air environment protect.
- No chloride ions and no corrosion to steel bar.
Dosage
0.18– 0.22% by weight of cement. Standard water reduction atnormal dosage and significant water reduction at higher dosage.Exact dosage rates are dependent on the type of effect sought, quality of cement and aggregates, water/cement ratio and ambienttemperature. Therefore, in many cases it is advisable to carry outtrial mixes.

Cautions
- Cannot be added together with rosin soup air entrainer.
- Cannot be kept in metal container for too long.
- When mixing and measuring the slump loss, be aware that ittakes longer time to be in effect than naphthalene admixtures.
- Do not mix with naphthalene-based admixtures. If otheradmixtures, such as set retarder or corrosion-inhibiting admixture, are required simultaneously for some special projects, compatibility tests should be conducted beforehand.
