The difference of new model and old model:

1.To improve the work efficiency

To spare the time for change various cutting length when macine work

There are many small various length pressure rollers on the old model,operator need to change the mould and pressure roller when the slitting width changes.There just is one pressure roller on the new model,operator needn't change the pressure roller when the slitting width changes.

2.To reduce the machine cost

It need many pressure roller on the old model,at the same time as operator,it is difficulty to reduce the error when he operate the machine.The old model machine needs high parts,so its cost is much higher than new model.The parts of the new model machine are smaller than the old model.The machine is ease to operate for operator.The error is small.

3.To reduce the customer's use cost

The old model machine: customer need purchase many pressure rollers from the supplier,The fee,which is used for train the operator,is high,The new roller machine:just one pressure roller,and ease to learn how to operate it for anybody.
