his machine can put straight line closure which be pressed by punching machine to be rolled up twice and be formed to have the lug of closure once, and then be lined .It is full-automatic machine which can finish all the above mentioned  procedures on the same set.   Closure producing workflow

First stage: Calibrate the closure edge after the stamping action

Second stage: precurl the closure edge into half round shape

Third stage: Final curl and form the lug of the closure

Forth stage: inject the plastics compound into the closure

     Fifth stage: turn the closure on opposite side in order to average the plastics compound injected on the liner.
