Principle of CMS(Carbon Molecular Sieve)Nitrogen Generations
When the process adopts lifting air, oxygen and nitrogen havedifferent diffusion rate and adsorptive capacity to separate oxygenfrom nitrogen on carbon molecular sieve. When air is compressed to0.8MPa, air source enters in pressure-swing adsorption tower forseparation after being purified through dry and oil-waterseparation process (filter). Oxygen molecules are diffused andadsorbed in carbon molecular sieve under pressure. Non-adsorbednitrogen is discharged from outlet of adsorption tower. Oxygen isdesorbed, discharged and purged in adsorption tower underdepressurization. Moreover, adsorbent can be recycled.
