During the long-term production practices forstraightening of cold drawn precision cylinder tubes, weaccumulated sufficient positive and negative experiences,summarized many practical know-how of cold drawing process,collected a great amount of domestic and foreign relevant data, andformed unique thoughts for the improvement and development ofstraightener. We conducted continuous improvement and achievedpractical effects in terms of the operation reliability, stability,and automation level of the straightener and the working laborrelief, safety, and production efficiency promotion of theoperator. At present, these technologies have been applied in theproject of Hengyang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. and have achieved idealeffects.
While guaranteeing the inherent quality of theequipment, our design also introduced the concepts of ergonomicsand industrial design to strive to realize simple and beautifulmodeling, compact volume, friendly operation interface, and easymaintenance and service.
TechnicalDescription
l Dedicated for travelling or fixed gantry, withtravelling gantry series and fixed gantry series available
l The pressing head or work piece is capable oflongitudinal movement along the body to position to higher point ofthe steel pipe and the two V-shaped blocks are capable of movementto adjust the pressure application points.
l Equipped with lifting carriage on each side, which canlift the steel pipe from the V-shaped block and drive the steelpipe for longitudinal movement. The lifting carriage is equippedwith rollers to drive the rotation of steel pipe and positioning atthe higher point. The movement guide rail and the load bearingguide rail of the pressing head are arranged separately, featuringlong service life
l Equipped with automatic hydraulic feeding and dischargeracks, which can dock with the conveying roller way longitudinal orlaterally for automatic feeding and discharge. It adopts automaticcomputer control and automatic bend detection devices to determinethe pressing point and the pressing force, which is the domesticsole fully automatic precision straightener
l The entire body touches down the ground in full length,without any suspension part, featuring good integral rigidity
