European-type prefabricated substation has features of highreliability, attractive appearance, modular structure andconvenient installation and operation and is mainly applied to 10kVdistribution networks and other public places, such as industrialand mining establishments, airports, railway stations, ports,expressways, undergrounds, etc.
Product characteristics:
1. The casing adopts advanced technology in China and new materials(aluminum alloy plate/ steel plate or composite plate) and couldresist heat, dust, dampness and small animals.
2. The casing of the transformer chamber adopts maze platestructure for realizing attractive appearance, convenientdisassembly and sound ventilation.
3. The box skeleton adopts channel steel and steel angle to ensureadequate mechanical strength, the internal and external surfaces ofeach component accepts antiseptic treatment to prevent corrosion.The top cover adopts two-layer structure to prevent thermalradiation.
High-voltage unit
TPS Ring Main Unit has high voltage switches, all-insulationprotection and integrated SF6 gas cell and could guarantee personaland equipment safety through passing internal combustion arc testand zero gauge pressure test. It is also provided with reliablemechanical interlocking and faulty operation prevention functionsand features small size, light weight, long service life and30-year maintenance-free performance. Home-made XGN-12 SF6 RingMain Unit (single gas bag) can also be adopted. The load switchesare sealed in the all-insulation SF6 gas box that adopts importedaluminized zinc sheet and are riveted with numerically-controlledmachine tools.
Optional functions
1) Electric control: A low-voltage control box and electricallyoperated mechanism can be installed to realize electric control ofswitches and distribution network automation.
2) Fault display: Through the panel-type LCD fault display. Thefaults, such as short circuit or grounding, can be displayed andlocated exactly and thus the equipment repair and maintenanceefficiency can be enhanced greatly.
Transformer unit
S9 or S11 full-sealed oil-immersed transformer is adopted, Theelbow cable head and 200A adopted at high-tension side to realizeall-insulation connection, featuring no leakage, maintenance-free,safety and reliability. Two kinds of solid-cast transformers canalso be adopted:
SCG solid-cast platinum-winded transformer with high mechanicalstrength, low partial discharge volume, flame retardance, explosionprotection, no environmental pollution, moisture-free winding andlow loss.
SGB solid-cast transformer adopting NOMEX paper insulation system.It is flame retardant, pollution-free, fire resistant,environment-friendly and boasts long service life, reclamation,high mechanical strength, short circuit resistance, low loss, lownoise, safe and reliable operation, etc.
Low-voltage unit
The low-voltage switches can adopt circuit breakers as required andcould provide individualized metering and reactive compensationdevices as required.
The low-voltage unit adopts draw-out modular design to realizesimple layout, clear functions and convenient installation andrepair.
