MD-60A Small Anchor Drilling Equipment:
This drilling equipment is mainly for the anchoring engineering of coast and dangerous rock/cliff mass for geological disaster prevention activity, and the anchoring engineering of high-edge slope or dangerous rock body etc to control displacement of building, and also for supporting of deep foundation pit and groundwork reinforcing engineering in urban construction site, for engineering of blowing up hole etc.
1. Machine Mouting Type:
Separated type, is divided into three parts: Console, Pump station and Main frame.
It's easy to assemble and disassemble. The operator can operate the drilling machine far from the hole to improve work environment, When the work environment is small, client can select the mast of 1200mm length.
2. Main Characteristics:
2.1 Light weight, detachable, easy to move and install, strong applicability to construction site, more suitable for constructing on the falsework.
2.2 Power head : has high torque, longer stroke, low gravity center, and good stability.
2.3 High efficiency in drilling and high quality of boring. Equipped by special drill tools (such as drill rod, cannula, eccentric bits etc), using the cannula-wall protecting-boring technology in unstable stratum and deploying the spheroid drill bit to finish the boring.
2.4 Wide scope of drilling angle. From elevation 10 degree to depression 90 degree, or alternated to elevation 90 degree to depression 10 degree. Slide frame can move to and from along the bottom frame, easy to drill and fix the hole direction. This drilling rig is lower in the central, so it is much convenient to move the drilling tools up and down.
2.5 Completely hydraulic control with easy operating, saving time and energy.
2.6 With orifice dust-collecting device to reduce environment pollution and to improve working environment
