GA -TS The Inner and Outer Bag Automatic Packing Machine

1 Application Range:

※    Packing materials, inner bag: filter tissue paper or otherheatable materials; outer bag: multilayer composite membrane, monolayer PE,PP.etc are all suitable.

※    Materials like vegetable seeds, chinese herbal pieces,health tea bags, tea. etc. Industries like seeds, medicine, health careproducts, tea, etc.

2 Machine Characteristic:

※It can finish making bags (the seal type of inner bag is three sides sealer ),metering,filling, slitting, counting (it can also count in advance ),outputting the endproducts automatically.

※First themanipulator puts the materials into inner bag, then it puts inner bag intoouter bag, in which way the inner and the outer bag can be packed at the sametime. The manipulator can not only improve the rate of making bags but alsoreduce the size of the outer bag, which will make the bag sealing more beautifuland graceful.

※Tea filter paperis inner bag, which hangs wire and label. After improving the label, themachine can track it to make it integral.

※After fillinginner bag, the machine put it into outer bag, which is composite filmpackaging.

※According to theparameter controlled by PLC, it’s convenient to adjust the length of inner bag.

※The label ofinner bag can be tracked by cursor, to ensure it integral, as same as outerbag.

※It adopts clipform for slitting outer bag , which makes the effect of sealing and slittingmuch more better.

※Volumetric measurement method can make the packed product have a uniform size.
