Technology features:
Except for the general technology performances of the same grade products by domestic HSPD manufacturer, T-WORKS pile driver is of yet some unique original technologies as follows.
1. Unique top-jacking design. T-WORKS HSPD can be applied by not only clamping but also jacking or the two simultaneously. This mode can reduce the clamping stress effectively to avoid damaging the hull, especially of the thin-well pipe piles.
2. Original structure design of lifting leg.
This feature has changed the supporter of radial force from the lifting cylinder of pile driver during longitudinal walking. By this way, it is possible to avoid the damage of the lifting cylinder rod and the guide thimble, improving resistance to strain injury, impulsion, and weariness greatly.
3. Practical clamping mechanism.
It can meet the needs of square pile, pipe pile and H-type steel pile only by changing the grippers. The grippers can adjust its orientation according to the pile surface to ensure enough contact to the pile, and to avoid pile damage.
4. Ingenious conception in the design of the side and corner pile mechanism.
The side and corner piling force can reach 60%-70% of center piling force.
5. Flexible and adjustable guiding pile unit.
Original universal guiding pile mechanism, which can effectively adjust the size of the piling hole, is applicable for various shaped concrete pile. The mechanism can guarantee the safe press of the pile, reducing the labor intensity and improving construction efficiency.
6. Unique terminal pressure-stabilized system to ensure no float to the machine at the rated pressure, greatly improving the safety of operation.
