EPS Compounding Line
EPS Compounding Line is used for EPS foam recycling, especially for sorting materials and transform rubbish into treasure. It is an ideal choice for environmental protection of the supermarket and the utility areas.

Grinding: Grind the foamed plastic into pieces
1) Melting: Extrude and hot melt the grinded materials
2) Reduction: 1: 90, reduce the size of the foamed materials
3) Cutting and cooling: Hydraulic cut the melted materials and cool them with a water tank for easy transport, storage and reuse.

Grinding
Specially designed twin-shaft grinder to cut the waste EPS into pieces, and with a screen to get an appropriate size for the extruding and melting procession

Melting
Screened materials will be extruded and heat melted by the screw and heaters to melt

Reduction
Melted materials will be reduced size with the specially designed venting system---discharging gate. The reduction ratio can reach 1: 90
