Application

This filing machine mainly applied in 5 Gallon barrel filling purified water, mineral water, distilled water, edible oil such liquid materials etc. It's an ideal equipment for filling production, for it sets 3 function in one machine, that is washing, filling, and capping.
All components may touch with water are made of SS304, so they are easy to clean and has good corrosion resistance, to ensure high standards of hygiene requirements.

Bottled water filling machine can work together with barrel de-capping machine, barrel brushing machine, barrel loader, barrel output system, light check system, shrinking label machine, pail and film machine, Stacker crane etc. to complete a  whole automatic barreled water packing production line, or can be used alone.

Principle Description:

Servo motor drives the barrels' washing of the barrel filling machines, and it runs very smoothly and accurately. Bottle washing bracket carry n PC barrel  with a single line Filling machine is automatically controlled by PLC control or PC procedure for fully automatic operation, the implementation of disinfection, washing, filling, cap sorting, trap capping, and sealing.
