Shandong Taikai High-volt Switchgear Co., Ltd, subordinated to Taikai Electric Group Corporation, is the large-scale enterprise specializing in the manufacturing and developing Outdoor HV SF6 Circuit Breaker and Gas Insulated metal-enclosed Switchgear (GIS) of 550kV or below and Outdoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker of 40.5 kV or below.

Shandong Taikai High-volt Switchgear Co., Ltd, is ranked the ahead 5th position in the national high-volt switchgear line with its comprehensive economic target and the No. 1 position in Shandong province.

550kV purified workshop equipped with 550kV test transformer and other high-volt test equipments is established, and MIS message system in the company management and the CAD, CAM technique in the design and manufacture of the product are adopted. The advanced technology, equipment and management, combining with the excellent employees provide a guarantee to manufacture top-quality products.

The LW30-66/550 series SF6 circuit breaker incorporated with spring operating mechanism adopts self-generated arc control principle, during which the 550kV circuit breaker incorporated with ABB hydraulic spring operating mechanism providing 10000 times of mechanical endurance, adopts the design and manufacturing technology of GIS. The 252 kV circuit breaker incorporated with spring operating mechanism is the No. 1 product in China for its 50 kA rated short-circuit breaking current. The 126kV circuit breaker (would be provided for this tender) provides 40kA rated breaking current and its sales is ranked the ahead 3rd position in the same line in China.

The LW8-40.5 SF6 circuit breaker won national science advanced award in 1998. It has been occupying the No. 1 market share since being thrown into the market. The ZCW10-40.5 and ZCW-145 open GIS provided with compact structure, beautiful outline and high configuration wins national patent and is the ideal replacing product for the traditional station.

The ZF10-145 GIS manufactured by our company has passed the complete type tests in the international famous laboratory station----KEMA in Holland. Its sales is listed the fore 2ND position in China for continuous several years. The ZF16-252 GIS incorporated with the ABB hydraulic spring operating mechanism provides small size/compact structure and other characteristics, which breaking and stable performances are up to international advanced level.
