The characteristic of Bimetal Die Casting Aluminum Radiators:

1. Using the seamless steel tube(1.3-1.8mm) as the lining mixed the aluminum fins in the high pressure, having the advantages of the steel tube radiator and the aluminum radiator, fast heat conduction, good resistance to pressure, good alkali resistance of the boiler water.

2. Single wane with two waterway structure (QS120): Integral structure is more reasonable, waterway is very near to aluminum fins, so the effective radiation area is larger and improved heat output effect.

3. Having the advantages of die-casting aluminum radiators. Reasonable structure, the unique structure of the wing leading the wind can avoid the smoke pollution. Radiation and convection can make sure the better heat effect. Each fin is connected by inner nipples, easy to assembly, transportate, repair, rich designs, reasonable hear price ratio, economical.
