Mode of wind cooling: High-speed air blow from the top, bottom, left and right with a 4-72 high-pressure high wind centrifugal blower, the blower is set over or beside the quenching rack.
Mode of spray: Two groups of stainless steel nozzles(top and bottom)with a universal roating seat, water supply with a high pressure pipe pump, the body of water tank and internal water supply pipe are made of grade 304 stainless steel.
Mode of soaking: High purity graphite plates are used to seal off both ends of the tank and raise water level, materials are soaked in water, up water in the middle and return water at both ends shapea constant circulation of cooling.
Mode of lifting: Hydraulic lifting, synchronizing gear is used. Guide wheels and pinch wheels are set on the left and right sides to prevent material distortion during quenching.
Mode of observation: A full-length glass window is set beside the quenching chamber for real-time observation of material quenching.
Quenching effect: Surface temperature of quenched profiles: ≤ 200º C
