1. Keg cleaning machines
Keg cleaning machines are for cleaning inner of kegs and cleaning procedures are automatically. Kegs shall be loaded and unloaded on cleaning machines manually. We offer 2 working modes on all keg cleaning machines for customers' different cleaning requirements: Complete cleaning and sterilizing mode & fast rinsing.
Procedures of complete cleaning
-Loaded manually, kegs locked by pneumatic plunger mounted on the top bracket and then automatic procedures begin:
-First blowing to drain residue beer with compressed air
-First water rinsing keg (Tap water or hot water)
-Second blowing to drain residue water with compressed air
-Washing inner keg with hot caustic soda
-Third blowing to drain residue caustic soda with compressed air
-Second rinsing the inner keg with hot water
-(Steam sterilization) (This function is reserved on the cleaner and optional for usage)
-(Third rinsing with sterilized process water or not) (The source of sterilized process water is to be from the brewery)
-Blowing with CO2 to drain residue
- Preloading CO2
-Pneumatic plungers rising and unlocking kegs
-Manually unloading kegs
Procedures of simple rinsing

2. Kegging Machines
Kegging machines are for filling kegs automatically with counter-pressure.
Automated filling flows
Manually placing the keg on the table
-Filling head lowering and fittings coupled
- Preloading CO2
- Filling beer
- Stopping "filling" and recording numbers of kegs filled
- Filling head rising and the operator manually replacing the filled keg
There are 3 ways for kegging volume control for option: By pre-fixed kegging volume, weighing and as per actually volume of kegs. All kegging machines are of automatic clean in place (CIP fuctions).
