FRP smc assemble water tank is the new style water tank widely used in the international society.

Thickness: 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm; 5mm panel is special for water tank cover.

The constitution of the water tank
Smc assemble water tank is assembled by smc die pressing single plate, airproof material, metal constitution and tubing system.
We can assemble the water tank of 0.125 cubic meter to 1500 cubic meters according to the user's needs.
The normal water tank is designed following the criterion, while the special and big one ask for the special design.

Support for panels:
External reinforcement - hot dipped galvanised steel
Internal reinforcement - stainless steel 304 tie-rod or tie-bar

Sealing materials:
Non toxic rubber foam to be used for all jointing between tank panel flanges.
Bolts, nuts and washers for the assembly of panels and exposed externally are hot dipped galvanised steel and in contact with water internally are stainless steel 304.
Flange: Inlet, outlet, drainage, overflow (stainless steel 304)
Ladder:
External ladder-galvanised steel
Internal ladder-stainless steel 304
Skid base: "u" channel

Installing notice:
1. Smc water tank is for drinking water storage at room temperature, please do not store hot water and other liquids (chemicals, oil, etc. )
2. On-site construction: Before construction, please install the basis according to demand, provide construction power and supply water for sealing test.
3. To avoid fire beside the water tank:For welding operations, it is necessary to take protective measures, no mars, splashing on the water tank plate.
4. There should be a certain space around the water tank, to prevent the inflow or immersion of pollutants from outside or inside into the tank, and easy for maintenance.
5. Smc molded panel can not crash at the sharp corners.
6. In order to prevent pipe expansion, contraction, partial load and earthquake-resistant, we should use rubber flexible joints (expansion joints) for the water inlet pipe, outlet pipe, and the pipe weight should be took over on an additional support, instead on water tank.
