The thin-wall diamond core bits, hole makers for construction engineering is used in drilling reinforced concrete, block, glass, ceramics, all kinds of piping work for water, electricity, gas, air-conditioning, drainage, etc. It make hole rule, smooth, high-efficiency, lower strength and insuring engineering quality. The thin-wall diamond core bits come in two basic types, Crown or Segmented. Crown Types are made so the impregnated diamond section is sintered onto the steel body of the barrel. This gives the diamond section more strength. The advantages are the bit can withstand more steel reinforcement and angle drilling without damage. Segmental Types are made so the impregnated diamond segments ate braized onto the steel barrel. The advantage of this method is the barrel is easily retipped which helps reduce the cost of drilling.
