Hand warmer/heat pack instructions

First time use:
Flex metal disc inside the heat pack for gel to heat up.
As gel solidifies move it around within the pack to disperse it evenly.

Second time use:
To re-use the pack, wrap in a towel or cotton fabric and place in boiling water for 3-5 minutes (avoid surface of pack touching container directly). Not suitable for microwave

Wait until gel melts 100%.
Remove and wait until cools.
Please take caution as the heat pack is very hot and avoid direct contact with skin.

Attention: Heat pack is not a toy. Children can only use under adult supervision. Not for human consumption. Not suitable for microwave. If pack is leaking discard and wash thoroughly with soap and water any skin that has come into contact with the contents. Always check the pack for leaks before use.
