UPVC double-pipe extrusion line
HWIDA company developed this production line combining with the 1990s advanced technology of Westen Europe. The main machine is SJZ51/105 or SJZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, match with double-pipe single-control stainless steel spraying calibration to from a production line. It avoids the waste condition when one pipe is adjusted and the other one is affected. The auto single-control double haul-off and cutter are combined with the front calibration technology to make operation more flexible. Let you enjoy economic benefit which is from separately control double-pipe extruding. The diameter is about ??20-??63. It can fully use the extruding capacity of the extruder, even if it produces small diameter pipe, and it can get great output too.
