Case boards of air handling unit:

Jiacheng air handling unit cases are assembled with six standard PU boards. According to specific needs, the internal and external iron boards can be galvanized (or aluminum galvanized), PVC fusion coated steel plates (electropositive steel plates) or stainless steel. The thickness of case boards has two best choices: 50mm(wind volume 50000CMH) and 100mm(wind volume 100000CMH), according to the difference in temperature and pressure of the internal and external part of the case.

The heat insulation and pressure resistant density of Jiacheng air handling unit cases stem from the 45 kg/m2 hard froth and heat preservation materials. The pressure resistant density comes partly from the PU froth. Besides, profiled bars have been buried in the case boards before taking into shape to enhance the pressure resistant density, and it can also be used for riveting air conditioner case accessories. The assembling method of the case boards without metal bars can meet the need of heat insulation and ametabolic shape.
