1)???Plugging the leaks
(1)???base treating
Cut concrete or rock into reversing horn (the inner large and theouter small). Then remove all chippings, unsound, loose particlesand clean the surface.
(2)???Mixing
Plugging material: water : Zhongjian Fast Stem is about 0.3:1, andthen stir rapidly into clay-like.
Plastering material: water : Zhongjian Fast Stem is about 0.35:1,and then stir rapidly into clay-like.
(3)???Application
To plaster in pressure: firstly using a trowel and scraper withpasty Fast Stem to plaster the shaped cut with pressure. If theleak without seepage, then it is finshed. But if the leak pointstill leaking, at this time you have to plaster it again after thefirst pasty had been setting. You haveto operate crisscrossed. If itis only partial leaking, then you only need to plaster theleaking point until without any leaking.
Under normal circumstances our product only need to plaster one totwice. It’s need about 2mm thick and the Fast Stem material isabout 1.5kg/???/??? when you are plastering.

Remove and clean up all loose. Before the construction we need toensure the surface is smoothing.

To plaster in pressure: the same as plugging the leaks.
(4)???Curing
When the protecting coating has been setting, we need to water orcover the surface with some wet material. You can storage with water if the side isconvenience. The curing time is more than 3days. The productneedn’t any curing if the environment is very damp or need to coveranother protective layer.
important Note: the setting time of the Fast Stem product is veryfast, in case of the material hardening because of the operation isnot timely, we have to prepare material and finish our constructionbefore the final set time.
7???Packaging and Storage
Fast Stem is packed with plastic films, and then storage with acardboard box.
