The complete machine of HLS laboratory mixer is set on amoveable base.Its main parts consist of frame,rotatingsystem,electrical control system and hopper,etc.And the cone-shapedmixing hopper is mainly composed of hopper body,cover andcollar,press block,and butterfly valve,etc.

Hhe hopper,which is set on the rotating axis,can turn 360degriss.As the symmetrical axes of hopper and the rotating arm forman included angle,so materials iith different constituens arestrenuously rossing over in the closed hopper and producing highshear to achieve the best iffect of mixing.

The rotating system is the key system for performing mixingfunction.And among them,the rotating motor which by using low speedand big torque motor is the power plant of main machine.The sensingelement is installed on the rotating axes assembly.And the sensorwhich is installed on the frame will send out a sampling signalafter the rotating body turn to the setting location and obtainsinformation of rotational speed and position of the hopper throughPLC system.It shows rotational speed and accumulated speed on touchscreen and sends out stop order according to the setting time.Thenthe hopper stops rotating at the best discharging position bybraked motor.

The electrical control system consists of electric cabinet whichis installed in the frame and the sensor,While the key controldevice consists of PLC controller and converter which are installedin electric cabinet.Electrical operation is main finished on theoperate panel (touch screen)of electric cabinet,which consists ofprinter,touch screen,power switch and emergency switch.The runningtime and rotating speed can be displayed on the screen.
