The material of the film and the board is the same, which two are mixed and melt into one by three-roll calender hot pack. Therefore, the product PVC board is best ensured smoothness, beauty, non-toxicity; there is no mildew, distortion or cracking. With high durability and deformation easiness, the product can be used as a new type of decoration material. 

PVC lacquer-free plate is a new type of green decoration material. The material does not contain formaldehyde.
