IB28B Injection (extrude) Blow Molding Machine
Our company newly develops the EIB28 Injection (Extrude) BlowMolding Machines. It is a one-step blow bottle machine; itsproducts are widely used in medicine packing, the cosmetic packing,chemical industry, gifts & toys and so on. It is able toproduce bottles of 5ml~500ml, and is suitable for mostthermoplastic resins such as PE, PP, PS, and PC and so on. Themaximum output of the machine is 40,000 bottles per day.

The special features
1. The screw of EIB28 is much longer than that of IB28, so that itenables the material melting rather better. It is suitable for mostthermoplastic resins such as PE, PP, PS, PC and so on.
2. Closing-moulds adopt single-crossbeam, so there is much morespace to place moulds and enable it change moulds quickly.
3. Since it adopts safeguard of double-tie-bar, up-down of turningplatform and open-close of mould almost take place at same time.One cycle time could be shortened to about 8 seconds.
4. The machine could generally fit common moulds of 25/30 ton. Thecavities of moulds could be added according to bottle? shape andcustomers?demand.
