Fluidized-Bed Jet Mill
Principle
The fluidized-bed jet mill is such a device as using the high-speedair flow to perform the dry-type superfine pulverizing. It consistsof milling nozzle, grading the screw feeder to the milling chamber,where the high-pressure air is activating the high-speed injectionby means of special ultrasonic nozzle. Therefore, the materialswill be ground by being accelerated, impacted and collidedrepeatedly in the midst of ultrasonic injection Flow. The groundmaterials will brought together with up flow to the gradingchamber. The centrifugal force produced by the fast rotation ofgrading rotator together with the centripetal force by thepneumatic adhesion act on the grading grains. When the centrifugalforce on the grain is greater than the centripetal force, thecoarser grains above the grading range will be swirled back to themilling chamber for further milling. The thinner grains below thegrading range will be blasted to cyclone separator and collector,whereas the purified air will be vented outside from the draft.

The unitcan be used to pulverize flammable, explosive and easily oxidativematerials.
