Siliconeleveling agent 

Overview

DCA-134 is polyether modified silicone compound, it has special excellent slipping compared with the normal silicone leveling, strong anti-crater, excellent orientation ability of matting agent and blocking resistance, no re-coating effect.

DCA-134 is suitable for all kinds of coating system, including, but not limited the below;

All kinds of resin system wood paint (excellent slipping)

Add method 

Added in any step of production, it is helpful for pigment wetting in step of dispersing

Dosage 

0.1%-1.0% of total formula, normally, the volume of addition is about 0.1%-0.3% of total formula

Packing and storage 

25KG in iron drum, store in cool and dry place.
