Kit component

-          10× foil pouches, each containing one cassette, one pipette and adesiccant

-          10× assay buffer tubes (1.0 mL each)

-          10× swab sticks

-          ProductManual

-        Collectcanine feces or vomit with the swab stick from canine cloaca or onthe ground.

-        Insertthe wet swab into the provided assay buffer tube. Agitate it toassure good sample extraction.

-        Takeout the cassette from the foil pouch and place ithorizontally.

-        Graduallydrip 3 drops of sample extraction into the samplehole.

-        Interpretthe result in 5 - 10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is consideredas invalid.

Interpretation ofresults

Positive: The presence ofboth C band and T band, no matter T band is clear orvague.

Negative: only clearC band appears.

Invalid: No coloredband appears in C zone, no matter whether T bandappears.

The diagnosisof Coronavirus shouldbe based on clinical signs and a positive fecaltest.

Any animal presenting with a positive fecaltest or indicative symptoms should be isolated and treated toprevent subsequent transmission of the virus to healthyindividuals.

NB: tests undertaken within 30 days ofvaccination may give false positiveresults.

In the event of acute diarrhea in the youngdog, Quicking CanineCoronavirus Antigen Test can be combinedwith Quicking Canine ParvovirusAntigen testand Quicking Canine RotavirusAntigen Test.
