Operation procedure:
Clean the foreign matters of the substrate surface and sanding itif it is too smooth. Keep clean and dry. Spray Eagle EpoxyMicaceous Iron Oxide (MIO) Middle Paint one time. Make sure thecoat is even and the thickness should be 30-40um. This is atransition layer to combine the substrate and cover painteffectively.Repair the hollows with putty. Then blast and cleanagain.Cover coating: after 12-24 hours coat fluorocarbon paint twotimes. For the first time, spray 30um. Remember to keep the spraygun vertical with the coat surface, thus make sure it is sprayedneatly. After 24 hours, blast and clean before spray the 2nd time.Thickness should be 20-30um.
Caution:
If operation in the outside, avoid rain, smog or when thetemperature is below 5.If operate in hot summer, add diluentsin.Before spraying, clean the substrate and stir well to avoiduneven gloss and problems brought by sedimentation.The operationenvironment shall be clean and paint is stored free from hightemperature and direct sunshine.Pay attention to fire, wearprotection when painting.Fluorocarbon Iron Tower Paint
