Automatically feeds and rotates the vials for easy andcomfortable manual inspection of the container and the contentinside. Intermittent mode and continuous modeoperation to cater for different inspection needs. Flexible connection mode of the inspected bottles.
Intermittent Mode: Vials are dispensed from the material hopper onto the main conveyor one by one in a prescribed batch size. Thebatch of vials will go through a high-spin device to agitate thecontents by high speed spinning. The vials will then move onto the inspection portion of the conveyor and stop for a shortduration for manual inspection. The spinning content inthis operation mode allows easy identification of impurities bymanual inspection.Continuous Mode: Vials are dispensed from thematerial hopper continuously on to the main conveyor. At theinspection portion of the conveyor, the vials will be spun at lowspeed to facilitate inspection of the container at ease.Failedvials can be taken out manually at ease. Inspected bottleswill come out from the system through a side belt conveyor standingupright for easy connection to the next work station or forcollection into a receiving tray.Capacity: 150pcs./min
