FCRW(M)series outdoor high voltage dropout fuse is suitable for electrical power distribution application of overload/short circuit protection and power source isolation with voltage rating of 6-35 KV, 50-60 Hz.
Outdoor dropout fuse is the most common device used in power distribution systems. However, there are many low cost products in the market which do not perform well and have short life. Those products can cause great failures to the power network.

Extreme Large Current Break Off Capability:
With the increase of power grid capacity, the demand of large current break off capability has increased. (false current has not relation to the transform capacity. ) Break off capability is one of critical spec for all dropout fuse. FCRW fuse can reach up to Capability 12.5KA/12.5KA/12KV false current and 16KA/12KV break off capability.

High Strength Porcelain & Coating:
FCRW(M) fuse is constructed with high strength porcelain tube coated with Porrok expansion cement which has the same thermal expansion ratio as the porcelain. It prevents thermal stress impact and break due to the sudden temperature change

Excellent Conductivity:
Both upper and lower conduct plates are design as a integrate piece with minimum 5 micron silver plating. With the optimized design of contact point, its resistance value is below 100 micro ohm.

Single-ended down exhaust:
To prevent water entering when it rains and short circuit of upper line which caused by free gas from the arc

UV Resistant Fuse Tube:
The fuse tube is coated with UV resistant material to extend its life

Patent:
The unique design of lower contact point with U type spring reduces the thermal transfer surface between conducting strips, and reduce heat between contact which may cause high resistance and contact point burning. Patent No. 20070019400.2

Humanization design concept:
Pull ring is painted with reflection strip for easy operation in dark condition. The upper contact lock guide help to close the contact precisely.
