Characteristic:

1) Raw material recycled PET flakes are crystallized by CSG seriesdrying system, its dew point of -40 makes the moisture no more than40PPM, whats more, this device can increase the viscosity of thePET flakes.

2)The extruder adopts the special screw for PET flakes, the screwsunique separation and mixing ability ensure the materials areplasticized more even; Thanks to the meter pumps the dosing andsteady extrusion assure even length and width of the straps.

4) The mould with different standards; Leakage is eliminated afterthe improvement of the melt exchanger.
