I. Main Technical Performance

1. The main ingredient is β -naphthalene sulfonate formaldehydehigh polycondensate.
2. This product is divided into powder and liquid. It is withoutchloride and does not cause corrosion on reinforcing steel bar. Ithas no toxicity or pollution and is not inflammable.
3. The addition of powder is 0.4~1.0% of cementing material andthat of liquid is 1000~2500ml/100kg of cementing material. Itswater-reducing ratio reaches 15~25.
3. Under the same water-cement ratio, the initial slump of concretecan improve over 12cm when adding it.
4. When appropriately adding it, the strength of mortar andconcrete can increase 60~80% in 1 day and 3 days; 40~70% in 7 days;30~50% in 28 days.
5. It can reduce the cement of 10~25% than the concrete withoutadding the admixture when the strength and slump of concrete isbasically same. It means to save 20~40 tons of cement when using 1ton of this product.
6. It can greatly improve the workability of concrete and increasevarious mechanical performance. It makes compressive strength,tensile strength, flexural strength, elastic modulus and long-termstrength of the components increase correspondingly.

II. Scope of Application

This product is widely applied into concrete project, especiallyflowing concrete, plasticizing concrete, steam-curing concrete,permeability resistant concrete, waterproofing concrete, massconcrete, natural curing precast concrete, reinforced concrete andpre-stressed concrete, green high-strength high-performanceconcrete and super-strength concrete.

III. Usage

The adding amount of this product is 0.4~1%. Its adding amount,which is 0.4~0.6% when preparing low-grand concrete or adoptingslag cement and pozzolana cement, is 0.75~1% when preparinghigh-grade and pre-stressed reinforced concrete.

IV. Packing and Storing

1. The powder, which is 25 kilos per bag, is packed in weaving bag.The liquid is packed in plastic drum.
The powder should be kept in the dry place against dampness.
2. The powder admixture should be kept in the dry place againstdampness. But the damp one will not affect its effect, and it canbe used after preparing aqueous solution.
3. The powder admixture has a service life of two years and theliquid one has a service life of six months. The admixture beyondits service life can be used again after the match and test ofconcrete.
