Knitting cam

Composite design. Each system can perform Loop tucknot knitting simultaneously.

Transfer cam

Compound Knitting cam system, each system cantransfer from the front to rear, rear to front or both front andrear simultaneously without direct restriction .Auto racking andauto receive.

Stitch cam

Each stitch setting is controlled by a steppingmotor .It has 24 stitches of independent selections and each ofthem range from 00-99 steps for knitting pattern.

Needle selection

Each system has 4 sets hi-tech needle selectors.Double cam system equips with totally 8 sets needle selectors,which can be installed or removed simply from the carriage andmaintained easily.

Yarn carriers

2*8 sets yarn carriers on 4 double siderails,switchable in any area within the knitting width.Also can beequipped with intarsia yarn carrier for intarsia pattern.(Optionaldevice).

Sinker system

This system composes by two additional pieces ofsinker needle bed. The sinker presser degree is adjustable thepositions by knitting program command.

Racking system

Servo motor control,the programmable rackingpositions within 2 inches,each also has 1/4,1/2and 3/4 microadjustable positions.

Main take down roller

32 levels changeable tensions selection, adjustableautomatically on each level. Can change the roller tension on theoperation panel.

Carriage drive system

AC servo motor control,tooth shape driving belt,32section speeds limited built in. Knitting speed can be changedflexible depends on the knitting requirement.

Stop motion

Yarn breaking,knot,press off,needle break,yarnfloat,roll back,wrong racking,wrong sinker position,needle shock,excessive yarn,and reaching on production target offer, the machinewill automatically stop.

Controller

Built-in controller. Data input by hand or USBmemory disc. Stored program for flat knitting machine.
