It mainly use 7servos, which includes PLC, servo system, inverter, photoelectricity sensor, Human Machine Interface. The entire line is rational structured, operation is convenient, high speed production and high automatic. The goods tobe packed on the conveyor belt is automatically distributed in ranks controlled by multi-level inverter, and then enter the packing machine orderly to be packed automatically by the instruction of multi-servo system. The baglength is dominated by stepless change speed with servo control. Wide adjusting range, and bag length is accurately traced by high sensitization magic eye automatically, it's no need to be adjusted manually once setted.

The packing machine will constantly run basing on chocolate production line structure, changing paperautomatically but no need to shut. Temperature of each sealer is controlled independently, various wrapping materials are suitable, seal is elegant and sturdy.

The entire line can be used separatedly, meanwhile, it can be linked with fore-end chocolate production line directly.
