WFMD20-B is designed particularly for torsion type bending machine.

Control shafts: 1~4 shafts, torsion bar; Ascending and descending of back shift are regulated to right or left.
Max. Command unit: 0.01mm;
Control precision: 0~0.01mm (mechanical error not contained)
Scope of position command: 0~999.9mm
Max, output frequency: 100kHz
Data storage: It can stop 50 groups. Each group may contain 20 steps; Namely, the total data storage can store 1000 data at most.
Back stop function: The parameters for whether to stop or not and stop length can be set.
Back stop and delay functions: Time for pressing slide plate down and stopping can be regulated according to the thickness of plate.
Running forbiddance function: Machine tool can not work when torsion bar drives back stop running.
Reciprocal forbiddance function: If processing quantity is pre-set, machine tool may stop when processing time is over.
Step delay function: Time of finishing present step and starting the next one.
Step selection function: 20 steps can be selected from each group of data according to the need of working step.
Single-direction function: Eliminate the clearance of silk rod.
